Installing a new AC without checking line set length, refrigerant match, and cooling load is how Moores Hill homeowners end up with a unit that never performs to spec. We assess before we recommend equipment.
Many new installs never hit their rated efficiency, and sizing or line runs are usually why. We follow real numbers, not the easiest install.

Had a mini-split installed in a converted garage that never had ductwork. Clean install, didn't have to cut into any walls we cared about.
